Another town, another hand-drip spot. On a recent trip to Busan we went to check out Cafe Diart.

The place is in a beautiful location right by a small harbor a few minutes drive from Haeundae (해운대) beach.
It stretches over 3 floors, including a rooftop that invites for some serious hanging out.
Coffee menu, among others, offers two types of Aricha (one natural and one washed).
For preparation, they use a rare cloth filter, which is always great to see – if used right. Unfortunately the filter was not rinsed prior. Also, no scale or timer was used at any point. But, the pours were done very carefully and wrapped up in about 3 minutes.
Taste-wise, I wasn’t able to taste grapes or white wine from the washed Aricha, but instead a light blueberry / chocolate combination.
Cafe Diart in Busan is worth checking out if you are in the vicinity – and their lemonade is pretty tasty, too.
