A beautiful destination within Seoul is Seoul Forest, and right on the edge of it is Center Coffee. But long story short: no pour-over available. But they’re pro at the Clever!

A cleanly designed space across multiple floors, including a roof top – definitely worth checking out.
They use Clevers and they use them well; they focus on Geisha and the result was a really nice cup.
Worth checking out just for the location and setup – and maybe you can convince them to squeeze in a pour-over on a backup-V60 when it’s not too busy.
