Right in the centre of Copenhagen, conveniently located nearby countless shops, we visited Democratic Coffee.
Google maps:
The place has extra large windows, and plenty of chairs to relax on and watch people wander by while munching away on some tasty pastries.
Noteworthy: The croissant was extremely tasty.
We chose the Chelelektu for the pour-over and preparation was almost spotless. Dripper, carafe and paper filter were rinsed, and the barista kept a close eye on the scale. But the brew was a little on the longer side: over 5 minutes total.
The result was a really floral, but slightly too bitter cup. It was probably a bit over-infused at the end. Still, a tasty brew and we would definitely recommend a visit.
