The company is expanding constantly in all its ways and around the world. We had the chance to stop by their Tokyo Aoyama store: Café Kitsuné.

The setup is very optimized for instagram, with a bamboo-lined path to the actual cafe already encouraging plenty of photos.

The inside is thoroughly cozy. A few little tables but also a large open area to sip away and observe what’s going on.

Unfortunately there was no single origin beans available but only the Original Blend:

Preparation was very proper. Dripper and filter was rinsed with hot water, a scale and timer was used throughout. Things were precise, for sure.

All together a good experience, except the lack of single origin beans – but that is a question of preference.
