It was only a question of time, and we were of course excited to check out the new outlet of Center Coffee in downtown Seoul, right in Myeongdong.

Long story short, not much pour-over going on. But still worth mentioning that they use the Clevers with purpose. To take out variability and make brews more consistent. And that makes sense – it is just a different philosophy.

Overall brewing time start to finish seemed a bit fast at 2 minutes, but we are no experts – much less when it comes to Clever.

But stop by and enjoy, likely you will leave happily caffeinated and glad you saw the beautiful design.
