Far North-East of Seoul, about 1.5 hours of driving, lies the small city of Hwacheon, near the DMZ – the border zone with North Korea. Even out here specialty coffee is pushing in, and Bori Coffee is trying to tag along.

To make it short, the owner uses a Clever, which does not really qualify as pour-over from our point of view. But she was extremely friendly, the brew was executed as it should be, and the place is very cute.
